Berkeley Madonna Program

For developing the compartment models in this course, we will be using the Berkeley-Madonna software. Here are some instructions for getting started with the program:

Follow the instructions shown on the "Download" page. Note that if you get a message when trying to run the program saying "Failed to find Jave VM", see the instructions on the previous download page under "Java installation instructions".
